MRGLAS — keep every pane clear

An MRGLAS screen protector starts as TOP 9H+ tempered glass — aluminosilicate that goes through double ion-exchange, the process that swaps small sodium ions for larger potassium ones and locks the surface in compression. That compression is what lets a pane 0.33 mm thin take a key in the pocket and a corner drop on the pavement. We cut each pane 1:1 to its phone: the iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone Air, Galaxy S26 Ultra and the rest each get their own outline, sensor cutouts and 3D curved black rim.

Clear glass keeps colors and HDR brightness as close to the bare screen as we can measure. Privacy glass adds a micro-louver layer that narrows the viewing cone to 23°, which is tighter than the 30° most privacy screen protectors use — the screen stays sharp straight on and turns dark before a neighbour's eyeline. Both finishes carry an oleophobic top coat so fingerprints wipe off instead of smearing.

Installation is where screen protectors usually fail, so we spent the most time there. On our iPhone 18, iPhone 17 and iPhone Air glass, the phone drops into an install cabin, a dust strip lifts particles off the screen, and a pull-roller pushes the air out sideways in one stroke. On iPhone 16 and 15 glass, the slide-in auto-alignment kit sets the short edge and then the long edge. On Galaxy Ultra glass, the cabin pairs with a memory-polymer layer so the ultrasonic fingerprint reader keeps unlocking first time.

Our USB C car chargers are machined from aluminum alloy and sit nearly flush in a 12V or 24V socket. The 90W model gives 45W per port, the 125W model splits 65W USB-C and 60W USB-A, and the 150W model runs two 65W USB-C ports plus a 20W USB-A. The magnetic car mounts use a rotating-lock vacuum base and 24 N55 magnets for 2800gf of hold, and our braided USB C cables end in right-angle, gold-plated plugs that take the strain off a phone's port.
