The return lane — returns, warranty and replacements

Standard returns

Returns follow the retailer's return window, usually 30 days from delivery. Start a return from your order history.

If a screen protector fails to install, cracks or lifts within 365 days, contact us with your order number — we'll send a replacement pane.

Car chargers and USB C cables carry a 2-year promise against defects. Send a short description or video of the issue.

If a mount's suction or magnets fail under normal use, we'll help troubleshoot first, then replace.
